Our largest construction project to date, Marinas is a 54 unit low tower of five floors located in the San Fernando area, north of the city of Buenos Aires. Popular for its proximity to the River Plate and a number of important Marinas, we identified this as an up and coming neighborhood with a shortage of high quality reasonably priced housing. This project is aimed at upper middle class Argentines - a solid market that will generate good returns once the building is complete and ready for sale. Completion is on schedule for December 2009, with over 30% of the building already sold to a mix of investors and end users. Our lack of debt has allowed this project to continue throughout the current economic difficulties while many others have ground to a halt.
