Launched in 2005, La Negra is a 1600 hectare property (almost 4000 acres) that has 1,410 hectares of rapidly maturing Pine and Eucalyptus. It differs from other forestry projects in that each unit includes waterfront lots on the 1600 sq. km. Yacyreta lake (over 600 square miles) on the Paraná River, as well as polo and equestrian activities focused development. La Negra is sold out since 2006, and a number of early investors have already opted to take advantage of returns in excess of 33% by selling their units on. There continue to be occasional opportunities to purchase resale units together with their corresponding waterfront lots.
