Located adjacent to our La Negra project, La Negrita is comprised of 613 hectares (over 1500 acres) of pine. La Negrita units also include lakefront lots in our polo and equestrian activities focused development on the shores of Lake Yacyreta, on the Paraná River. The project was sold out during its first year, but there are occasional opportunities to buy units from initial investors.
La Negra
Launched in 2005, La Negra is a 1600 hectare property (almost 4000 acres) that has 1,410 hectares of rapidly maturing Pine and Eucalyptus.
