Our most recent forestry project consists of 580 hectares (over 1400 acres) of pine and eucalyptus. Launched in February, 2009, El Carrizal is already 50% sold. The project has a lower threshold of entry ($50,000 as opposed to $100,000 of earlier ones) and proving to be very popular with retail investors. Interested parties should contact Ushay soon to avoid disappointment.
La Negra
Launched in 2005, La Negra is a 1600 hectare property (almost 4000 acres) that has 1,410 hectares of rapidly maturing Pine and Eucalyptus.
